Solid
concrete sound barriers, of concrete or block, rebound freeway
noise back to the traffic side. Whisper Wall Sound Absorbing
Wall uses a proprietary absorbing material on the freeway side
with decorative concrete on the opposite side. Whisper Wall has
a NRC of .8 as per ASTM C-423. Noise levels for both motorists
and nearby residents are substantially diminished. Over 7 million
square feet of Whisper Wall are in service in 6 states for over
